While waiting for the online premiere of I’m Here, you can always go to the theater to see Spike Jonze’s critically acclaimed feature “Where The Wild Things Are”, adapted from Maurice Sendak’s children’s book of the same name. The story revolves around Max (played by newcomer Max Records), a nine-year-old who feels neglected at home. After an argument with his mother (Catherine Keener), Max escapes to a distant island inhabited by exotic creatures. Max not only runs away physically, but runs toward a world in his imagination.

We Love You So is an excellent blog sheding some light on many of the artists that collaborated for years to make the “Where The Wild Things Are” a reality. One of them is Sonny Geras, the mastermind behind making the monsters look as amazing as they do. Sonny also created the robots in “I’m Here”.
